Purchasing Process

-Any item listed on the website can be purchased through the website.  All items can also be purchased in person at our studio with e-transfer, cheque, credit card, or even good old fashioned cash.
-Once you make a purchase, we will get in touch with you personally and arrange which method works best for getting your new furniture to you.

PickUp | Delivery | Shipping

-Any item can be picked up at the studio, delivered locally, or shipped long distance.
-Orders over $2000 before tax can be delivered locally for free.  Local to us is less than an hour drive from the studio.  That's basically Qualicum Beach to Ladysmith.
-Delivery throughout Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland of BC can be arranged for a reasonable fee.
-Long distance shipping can be arranged to any location in the world and is actually probably much less expensive than you would think.
-Shipping to the USA and Internationally require some extra information from you and will be processed through an international brokerage.

Custom Work

We built our business for the first ten years on doing exclusively custom work.  We still love doing custom work.  If you see something on the site you'd like made, but maybe a little different than what's pictured, we can do that.  If you have some completely different idea that you'd like made, we can probably do that too.  Get in touch and we can chat about it.
