Concrete Wood Fireplace
Cast Concrete Concrete was cast against rough-hewn cedar boards to pull up the deep grain of the wood and give the feel of “concrete planks”. A polished concrete hearth that floats a couple inches off of the finished floor offsets the texture of the surround, lightening the feel of an otherwise monolithic structure. |
