Gigi's

Big White Resort was the home to this restaurant transformation that was achieved with a tight deadline through long days.  Many of the materials were salvaged from the ski hill including re-sawn glulam beams for flooring and wall panels, as well as large Douglas fir beams that were used to build all of the tables, bar tops and benches on site during a three week push to get the restaurant ready for opening day of
the mountain.
